Much more than a simple series of tables, Naca is an aesthetic experience which captures the essence of what is contemporary. The focus point of each table are its legs, which are not merely a structural element but instead the very heart of the project. They are made from extruded die cast aluminium and define the appearance and size of each table. The variation in the arrangement of the legs generates a diversified range of products which, combined with the customisation possibilities thanks to various top shapes and materials, offers an extensive range of options to adapt to individual requirements. David Lopez Quincoces, born in Madrid in 1980, graduated in 2004 in Art at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and obtained a master’s degree in Interior Design at the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2005 he has been living in Milan and collaborates in numerous interior and architecture projects such as showrooms, exhibition stands, private apartments, offices, hotels and resorts, both in Italy and abroad. In 2007 he opened his own studio (Quincoces-Dragò & partners) with offices in Madrid and Milan that currently deals with architecture, graphics, interiors and industrial design.
Francesco Meda was born in Milan in 1984. Graduated in 2006 from Milan’s Istituto Europeo of Design in Industrial Design. The designer gained experience in London working at Sebastian Bergne’s studio and later at Ross Lovegrove’s. Since his return to Milan in 2008 he has been collaborating with his father Alberto Meda. Concurrently he has been pursuing his own personal Art and Design projects with other companies and galleries.
