BUDDE is a Cologne-based design studio led by Architect Johannes Budde and Meike Papenfuss. As a strong duo, Johannes is the creative mind behind BUDDE, complemented by the business and brand expertise of Meike.
Arising from the field of architecture, the studio’s work stretches across typologies such as furniture, lighting and home decor – combining exclusive collectible designs and scalable collections.
Driven by a courageous spirit, BUDDE seeks to introduce meaningful designs that provide a new take on a quotidian object. The studio’s practice is characterized by eliminating excess and relying on essential forms with purposeful details.

MOGG is synonymous with pieces, accessories and objects with a well recognizable, clean and re-cordabile design, which combine aesthetic emotion and functionality, in order to characterize with strong note but not too much spaces, and projects, both modern that bourgeois or even more classic. The products of this collection range over from the small padded pouf to the small metal tables, from wooden containers to the piece in solid wood, highlighting a common denominator of a very modernity thanks to the ability to take ideas, demands and tastes of a different customers with a marked sensibility to irony and research.
