Born in Japan in 1975, Arihiro Miyake embarked on his design journey at Kobe Design University before pursuing a Master’s degree in furniture and spatial design at Aalto University in Finland. Following studies, he gained experience in design studios in Helsinki and Milan. In 2004, Miyake founded Studio Arihiro Miyake, delving into interior, product, and lighting design.
The studio collaborates with renowned international companies such as MOOOI (Netherlands) and NEMO LIGHTING (Italy), with Miyake’s works finding a place in the Permanent Collection at Design Museums worldwide.
