Alberto Lievore (b. 1948, Buenos Aires), an architect from the University of Buenos Aires, moved to Barcelona in 1976. Internationally acclaimed for his furniture designs, he co-founded the SIDI platform with Jorge Pensi to promote Spanish design. Lievore’s works have earned prestigious awards such as the “Premio Nacional de Diseño” (1999), “Iconic Awards” (2015), and “Compasso d’oro” (2016).
